Green Spaces for Health are an initiative focused on creating new green spaces and maintaining existing ones in Cork city.
This was a live student brief, with 10 groups pitching their ideas for the brand in competition. Our group was chosen, and the brand was rolled in collaboration with Green Spaces for Health in the weeks that followed.
We created a brand that highlights the interconnected nature and messaging of Green Spaces for Health, by juxtaposing man-made elements with more natural ones. We exist alongside these green spaces; not apart form them.
My role in the project was primarily based around the concept, brand strategies and brand development, along with layout design for their brochures, re-writing their copy and brand guidelines, and managing their web page on the Cork Healthy Cities website: Green Spaces for Health. My teammate, Kane Curtin, took the lead on the beautiful illustrations.
